Hope Junction.

Hope Junction is an independent non-profit organization connecting individuals with mental health resources using well established community resources to bridge and connect services to support those affected by mental health, substance abuse, addiction, criminal activity, and recidivism.  We want to reach those who have otherwise seemed unreachable.  We coordinate the provision of mental health services, case management, support, education, and outreach.  We aim to bridge services to help so many that otherwise seem to fall through the cracks.

The target communities identified are largely Fort Peck Indian Reservation, Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, and all of their neighboring counties namely Sheridan, Daniels, Roosevelt, Valley, and Phillips counties.  The stated purposes of the organization allow for use of funds across all Montana communities and considering the overt limitation of available resources, the first focus of Hope Junction is northeast Montana.
